Quick Version for Matrix Gurus

Our homeserver URL is nexus.koinitiative.org. Your full username will look like @user:koinitiative.org, but most clients will usually let you log in as user.

Getting an account

Once you're a part of KOI, either as a volunteer or an evacuee, one of the first things you'll need is an account on our Matrix server. These are currently made by one of our onboarding volunteers or care coordinators for you.
