How to set up Element/Android

	You can log in and add any additional information you might know.

The currently recommended Matrix client for Android users is Element X, available on the Play Store and F-Droid.

First login

1. On the first screen, you'll be presented with options to sign in with a QR code or manually. Choose "Sign in manually".
2. The next screen will say "You're about to sign into matrix.org". At the bottom of the screen, choose "Change account provider".
3. You'll be presented with a choice between "matrix.org" and "Other". Choose "Other".
4. You'll be presented with a text input, labelled "Find an account provider". Enter nexus.koinitiative.org, then select it when it appears underneath the text box.
5. You'll be presented with the screen from step 2 again, except now you should be about to sign into nexus.koinitiative.org. Click continue, then enter your username and password. (You can change your password later through the client!)

Later logins

For every login after the first one, you'll be asked to verify your digital identity. What this means is, if you've already logged in on your PC and then login again on your phone, Matrix wants your PC to shake hands with your phone to prove you own both devices.
